Assistant General Manager
An experienced Assistant General Manager with strong Food & Beverage and Front Office experience is required for Holiday Inn Dublin City Centre.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years experience in a similar management role.
The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in the day to day running of the Hotel ensuring Heads of Departments are trained and equipped to carry out their duties in accordance with company requirements and standard operating procedures.

Sous Chef
An experienced, creative and innovative Sous Chef is required for our busy lunch time carvery and evening bistro.
The ideal candidate must have at least three years in a similar position with the ability to manage, lead and motivate staff and provide the necessary skills for training as required.
HACCP qualification is essential in order to comply with and maintain quality hygiene systems already in place.

Sales & Marketing Manager
An enthusiastic, ambitious person is required for the position of Sales & Marketing Manager. The successful candidate would be required to formulate, review and implement Hotel sales and marketing strategies and activities to maximise sales revenue in accommodation, food & beverage, conference, banqueting and events.
Co-ordination and management of the Sales & Marketing department to compliment and enhance all operations departments ensuring productivity and beneficial relations with all operations departments and department heads.
